Training and Development
Your early years at KPMG will be about learning the job, developing the skills you need to work with clients and passing the exams critical to your longer-term career. This could include training to be a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor or attain an MBA. We're very serious about training and we'll give you all the support you need, including a personal mentor.
What we look for
To get into KPMG, you need a 2:1 degree, 300 UCAS tariff points and a grade B or above in GCSE Maths. You don't need to be a business or economics graduate - we recruit from all degree disciplines.
KPMG trainees consistently the national institutes average pass rates. We are also regularly featured in prize winners lists.
