Who are we?
2008 is a significant milestone for Hayward Tyler. Firstly we are celebrating 100 years since developing the first subsea motor and secondly we are proud to announce that we have now built and delivered the largest subsea motor in the world.
Our primary markets are Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewable Energy and Chemical Processing industries. Hayward Tyler also service a diverse industrial market base across the globe, supported by an integrated network of support systems.

Hayward Tyler are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious engineering graduates to join our team. As part of our engineering management scheme you will take part in a variety of projects aimed at providing you with an in depth understanding of our business, as well as structured training which will give you the tools to progress quickly through our business and become chartered. We are looking for Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to join our programme.
This role will enable you to take on real responsibility and make a real difference to our business. We want our graduates to get their hands dirty, with projects that will see you take them right from the planning stages through to completion of our large scale production operations on our factory floor, not from behind a desk! We value our graduates, and expect them to be challenging and innovative, and drive our business and processes forward.
Training and Development
Your first year will see you take part in our structured management programme. Your induction will enable you to gain experience in areas of engineering, design, and production. In year two you will take on a more defined role based on the previous years experience within engineering. We will also support you to achieve chartered status.
What we look for
We are looking for graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. We want you to show us that you have a passion for engineering and the drive to become a technical expert in your field.
