We currently have roles available in our Engineering, Sales and Finance departments. The types of real role you will be placed into could be a Business Development Executive, Product Design Specialist, Management Accountant even Process Improvement Engineer – these positions make a real difference in our businesses.

3. Real Training
On top of the on the job training you will be following a structured curriculum covering modules in management, communication, finance, sales, marketing, leadership skills, strategic planning, presentation skills, operations management and cross cultural awareness. You will receive your training in both the US and UK.
4. Real Progression
This is best illustrated by Mark Ibison, one of our new Vice Presidents of Finance in America. Since joining the business in the UK as a graduate from Brunel University, he has experienced a wide variety of positions, culminating with this international promotion.
