Starting as an Assistant Director you will be in a team of three, either launching a new centre or running an established centre. The key to the success of each centre is down to the three managers: the Centre Director and two Assistant Directors. The full time teams are graduates from leading universities, all sharing a passion for education and the desire to help children reach their full potential.

We recognise that our strength as a company comes from our people; as such we place a heavy emphasis on your career development through training from you first day. We provide a wealth of training and support to all of our staff. We are dedicated to the development of each and every employee. We recruit only the very best graduates and are committed to training each individual in a wide variety of educational and business skills.

Further opportunities exist within the company beyond the position of Centre Director. As the company grows we will look to our most competent Centre Directors to become Regional Managers, or take up a position in Head Office across various departments, such as, Marketing, Recruitment, Training, Content, Sales and HR.
