Who are we?

Discovery is a leading Graduate Recruitment and Training company, helping 100s of Graduates a year to find the right graduate position for them. Established in 1999 our focus is on continued development for our graduates.

Discovery continues to work with those Graduates we place. We provide expert training, support and mentoring ensuring the best possible start to their career. Whilst we recruit for all industries, we specialise in our unique Sales Development Programmes and Graduate Management Schemes.

Training and Development

As specialists in sales recruitment, we provide intensive training courses for graduates entering entering a career in professional selling. Our training will introduce you to a range of topics such as buyer behavior negotiation, objection handling and building raport and empathy communication styles and modern consultative selling practices.

Discovery also work closely with your new employer to identify your training and development needs, to ensure that your first job is not only a challenging but a satisfying one.

Our sales winner programme is designed to fast track you through the first year of selling. We will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you will need to ensure you achieve consistent results in this very rewarding profession.

What we look for

A great deal of emphasis is placed upon your ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, energy, enthusiasm and a burning desire to excel.

The Discovery assessment procedure is designed to accurately identify these personality traits and the graduates who successfully pass our assessment stages can be assured of fast track graduate opportunities.

Any degree discipline is considered with a minimum grade achieved of 2:2 and 18 UCAS points. (240 points under the new calculations)

What we offer

All jobs have basic salaries of between £17,000 and £30,000. Many also offer commission or bonus schemes, company cars and other benefits.
