British Sugar is the leading supplier of sugar to the UK and Ireland food and beverage markets.
The sole processor of the UK sugar beet crop, it produces more than one million tonnes of sugar in its four factories from seven million tonnes of sugar beet. The company was the first to manufacture bioethanol in the UK at its Wissington site in Norfolk and seeks to turn all of its inputs into sustainable products.

Using a highly integrated approach to manufacturing, we develop and sell a diverse range of sustainable products. Training and Development
We want you to have ownership of problems and feel true management accountability, so the course is geared very much towards early achievement. Your continual progress and development throughout the graduate scheme is paramount to your success. You will have an experienced coach and mentor to ensure you progress and keep up to speed. Every 6 months we will assess you against clearly defined objectives. You will receive all the support you require to enable you to meet our business and your personal goals.
