Company Profile - AXA UK

All over the world, individuals and businesses rely on AXA to manage their financial assets and protect their property and health. Our 93 million clients – wherever they happen to be – know that they can enjoy innovative products, exceptional service and the security they’d expect from a recognised global leader in the financial services industry.

What makes us different, and makes us increasingly successful, is the quality of the people who work for us – and that includes the graduates who join our Graduate Development Programmes every year.

We now employ over 12,000 people in the UK and Ireland alone, and we can offer an extensive range of career opportunities across our three main lines of business: wealth management, insurance and healthcare.

Who are we?

You could gain experience in AXA Wealth, a growing force in the competitive wealth management sector. Or you could be part of AXA Personal Lines, who sell a range of familiar products including motor, home, travel, pet and creditor insurance. Our Personal Lines business also includes the well-known Swiftcover brand. Then there’s AXA Commercial Lines, which offers relevant insurance products to small businesses and other major commercial enterprises. And if you’re interested in health insurance, you could become part of AXA PPP healthcare – one of the largest and most successful providers in the healthcare market. All of these companies are part of AXA UK, where you could be working in a wide range of supporting functions.

Career Opportunities

For graduates in particular, this is an exciting time to join us. Whatever your interest or specialist area, we can promise you attractive rewards, ongoing development and outstanding career prospects. More than that, you will be part of an environment that values individual initiative and encourages the sharing of new ideas. In fact, our ability to meet the aspirations of our people is one of the reasons why we appear in The Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies to Work for 2012 list.
