Food is big business…in fact it is one of the biggest industries in Ireland and AIBP is one of the biggest players within the food sector for meat processing. This makes us a market leader within the sector and a preferred supplier to major multiple retailers, providing innovative developments in supply chain, launching new products and sourcing of quality product from our farmer supply base.
Who are we?
Established in the 1960s when Larry Goodman started his first processing facility in Ravensdale, Dundalk, the Goodman family has since then developed a long tradition - second to none - in the agri-export business, exporting livestock mainly to the British and European markets. Currently the Irish Food Processors groups turnover is 850 million Euros, they employ over 3000 people, and have grown to become one of Irelands most successful businesses.
Past intakes into the business group now hold many of the most senior posts in the company. This could be you! Excellent opportunities to progress exist within all disciplines.
In particular our Graduate Scheme has created an excellent platform for promotion opportunities and a fast track for Graduates to move into positions of high responsibility as “home grown” managers.
