Ideally (though not essential) you will be a graduate, or of graduate calibre.This is an entry level position; however suitable candidates will ideally have some level of commercial or sales experience, through which they can demonstrate that they possess the above competencies.

Most importantly, you must be passionate about being the best you can and be prepared to go above and beyond for your colleagues, your candidates and your clients, and have the ability to generate strong relationships through loyalty and trust
