Raouf Fria
Raouf started in the company in April 2006 after completing his MBA, he began to make serious business within days of starting. By September 2006 he was running a successful sales team. Due to his hard work and fantastic results he received the award ‘new starter of the year’ for 2006. At the start of 2006 he was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager, followed by a promotion to Sales manager in June 2007. In July of that year, Raouf was given the opportunity to run a sales floor of 12 people in our Budapest Office for the summer period, and is among those credited with multiplying sales revenues tenfold in his time there. He also personally took the award for top sales London conferences 2007. Since his return he has continued to develop within the London structure, presently running 3 high performing sales teams and looking in the near future to relocate to one of our International Offices in a senior manager/director role. He is aged 24.
Jolyn Lee
Jolyn began with Marcus Evans in July 2005 after receiving her Bachelors degree in business studies. She swiftly proved herself as an extremely competent salesperson and was promoted to Assistant manager within 1 year, soon afterwards becoming Sales manager running 2 teams. Jolyn’s goal with Marcus Evans was to relocate to one of our numerous Asian offices in a senior role. This she achieved at the start of 2008, being sent over to the Singapore office to start up a new Asian financial markets division. Since being there she has quickly built and developed 5 teams made up of salespeople from across the globe into an extremely high performing unit. She looks forward to doubling her team size within the coming months and expanding to a number of other global locations. She is aged 24.
Faraz Tafti
Faraz joined Marcus Evans in June 2005 immediately after graduating in Politics. He worked in a number of divisions including North American financial market, general business, oil & gas and life sciences. Due to his consistent high performance and excellent working attitude he achieved the position of sales manager by the start of 2007, overseeing 5 sales teams in London. At the end of 2007, he was again promoted to Sales Director of the Montreal office, Canada, with responsibility for 9 sales teams. Since then he has increased business levels by 100% and in the coming year’s plans to expand his coverage to include all of the Americas. He has just turned 24.
Ben Hillary
Ben joined Marcus Evans in June 2004 having graduated and travelled for a year. He swiftly rose in the financial markets division becoming Assistant manager by February 2005, Sales Manager by September 2005, senior sales manager in June 2006 and Sales director in August 2007. He is currently responsible for 17 sales teams across multiple sectors and is based between London and Budapest offices. Ben is aged 25.
