Training and Development

Within the Buying, Merchandising and Distribution departments, on-the-job training is competency based. This structured framework not only allows you and your line manager to identify, discuss and act on training and development requirements, but also gives you complete autonomy for the speed of your personal development and your related rewards.

For those entering the Graduate Programmes in Retail Management, Human Resources and Finance, the structured framework is provided by way of specially designed development programmes.

What we look for

Buyers Administration Assistant: Fashion related degree, Fashion Retail Experience

Merchandise Administration Assistant: Fashion, Business, Maths related degrees, Fashion Retail Experience

Distribution: Fashion, Business related degree's with Fashion Retail Experience.

For all the above positions you will need to have Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above
