The GradBus - Exclusive Access

The Bus's advertising positions contain your branding and you are free to have whatever you want on the inside of the Bus in terms of promotional material. There are also computers and a presentation area, everything you could need for a successful, high profile on-campus recruitment event.

Gradplus.com does all the pre-event marketing at the university to ensure that the students you want to target know about the event. We also register the details of everyone we meet on the day so that you are able to contact them afterwards.

This is the most high profile way for you to get your employer brand onto campus and attract the students you need.

Downstairs, there is a table and seats for group discussion, one-to-one area for interviews or more private discussion, storage space (visible and hidden) for any give-aways you may have and a large flat space at the back which can be used as a display area or for anything else you need. Also downstairs we have a fridge-freezer, sink with running water, coffee machine, microwave and surface area, so if you wanted to give food or drink away, we can keep it cold, heat it up, chop it up, whatever you need!

Upstairs we have 6 internet enabled computers, so that you can show people around your website or ask them to register their details online for example. At the back of the top deck, we have a large screen which can be used for presentations or to show a video, and seating for 14 people plus some standing room.

We will promote your event on the GradBus section of Gradplus.com. If you choose to have presentations at set times of the day, we can promote those sessions and ask people to sign up to them. This will give you an idea of how many people are planning on attending each session and can ensure that we don’t have 50 people all turning up at the same time!

The GradBus will provide you with the opportunity to interact face to face with your target market whilst they are making decisions about their career choices. The GradBus has all the benefits of an on-campus career fair - seeing a flow of interested job hunters - as well as the benefits of a bespoke university presentation but with much more impact than either because of the quirky environment of a double–decker bus.

We are able to capture information from interested candidates on your behalf and you will have the opportunity to hand out information and distribute give always so that candidates can take information away with them which will reinforce your message after the event.

All GradBus event days are marketed to your target audience prior to the day through our Campus Representative network and strategic links with University careers services.
