What is Pay As You Go?
Pay As You Go (PAYG) is a brand new service from Gradplus.com that allows you to maximise your advertising budget by only paying for relevant CVs.
Whether you decide to post a job or use the CV database search facility, there are no upfront fees for either service;
- We do not charge you to post your jobs
- We do not charge you to search the CV database
- We do not charge you for your company profile
You choose which CVs to buy after viewing the candidate's profile, meaning that you are in complete control of how much you spend and pay only for quality candidates who meet your criteria.
How does it work?
Advertising
Post your job for free, and pay for the CVs that you want to view.
- Gradplus will set you up with a PAYG account and send you a log in where you can post your jobs
- Post your job on Gradplus
- Receive an email every time a candidate applies
- Log into your account to view profiles of all candidates who have applied
- You will be able to view – place of study, degree level, degree title, classification, A’levels.
- If the candidate has filled in their full profile, you will also be able to see whether the applicant has done a placement year, has a driving licence, is willing to relocate, their preferred location, ‘attributes, talents and qualities’, preferred job title, preferred location.
- If you like what you see, you can download that persons CV and full contact details for £20.00
- You will also have the opportunity to purchase the applicant Parallax Behavioural profile, giving you further information about their motivations in their job role.
- At the end of each calendar month, you will be invoiced for the CVs you have purchased.
- You will always be able to view how much you have spent when you log in to your account.
Why might this work for you?
PAYG allows you to pay only for the details you receive that are relevant to the job you have posted. You will be able to view the most commonly screened elements in the candidates’ profile, so you do not pay for CVs that do not match your criteria. 4 weeks advertising can cost around £500 – if you commonly receive less that 25 relevant applications per month, then PAYG is right for you.

- Search for job seekers
- View the candidates’ profiles in the search results
- If you like what you see in a profile, purchase the CV
- At the end of each calendar month you will receive an invoice for the amount you have spent
