Our client is the market leading provider of telecare and telehealth solutions, with over 2.5 million users globally.  The company’s solutions support older people and those with long-term needs to live independently by effectively managing their health and well-being.  They provide technology, expertise and advice to millions of people, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.


Due to internal career development within their international group, they are now looking for graduate level applicants with the drive and motivation to succeed as Project Consultants within the Telecare Support Group.  Due to the nature of the role, applications from candidates with any degree discipline will be considered.

 

This team work closely with all the customer-facing teams, and focus on helping and supporting customers within health, housing and social care sectors in the development and deployment of telecare strategies.  The company are currently seeking to increase their client support resources in the UK therefore these roles are imperative to the growth of our company.


Ideally, you will possess the ability to quickly grasp the wider telecare policy context and turn information into business propositions that successfully utilise all available government funding streams. You will support the progression of projects initiated via the PTG funding through into other funding streams.

The role will involve:

Visiting Senior Managers from social services, NHS and housing partners throughout the region to consider their current status and support the best approach for telecare in their area.

Identifying and engaging of key stakeholders, particularly PCTs and bringing them together to drive the telecare agenda forward.

Analysing of demographics, costs, challenges and drivers within the region

Developing and coordinating telecare programmes, tailored to individual customer needs.

Speaking at events.

These roles will be based from home working across the Bristol and South West or London areas but with the need to visit the head office near Pontefract, Yorkshire (junction 34 on M62).
